SPK (CMB) to approve the increase of GÜBRETAŞ authorized capital to 1 billion TL
In the Board of Directors meeting of our Company held on January 21, 2015, decisions were made to amend the article 7 of our Articles of Association for the increase of our authorized capital to 1 billion TL from the current 200 million TL and to authorize the administration to carry out the transactions in this respect.
Following these decisions, our application related to the amendment to the Articles of Association and the increase of authorized capital was approved by the SPK (CMB – Capital Markets Board) on January 29, 2015. The amendment to the articles of association about the authorized capital increase will be submitted to the approval of General Assembly in April.
