GÜBRETAŞ (Fertilizer Factories T.A.Ş.), the leading company in the sector, finishes the distribution of TRY 50.1 million to its shareholders and partners this week in line with the resolution taken during the General Assembly this year.
Gübre Fabrikaları T.A.Ş. (GÜBRETAŞ) announces the dividend distribution to the shareholders was approved during 63rd Ordinary General Assembly Meeting held on 16 April 2015 and it will be distributes as of 31 July 2015.
GÜBRETAŞ has distributed the dividend amount of TRY 50 million 100 thousand from the profit of 2014 to the shareholders between 31 July and 4 August. GENERAL MANAGER ŞÜKRÜ KUTLU: WE WILL MAINTAIN DIVIDEND EFFICIENCY ”GÜBRETAŞ General Manager Şükrü Kutlu explains,”having achieved a great momentum in every aspect in recent years, GÜBRETAŞ has received a dividend distribution in the last two years following the completion of payments related to the Razi Petrochemical investment.
Drawing a great attention from investors, Kutlu further suggests that Gübre Fabrikaları T.A.Ş. stands out with an increase of more than 82% in BIST last year, and that the interest of domestic and foreign investors will continue this year, too, particularly due to the international developments related to Iran.
