Green Belt Presentations of GÜBRETAŞ finished
An important step has been completed in the Lean Six Sigma studies initiated in February 2016 with the aim of increasing operational efficiency and improving competitiveness of GÜBRETAŞ.
The closing presentations of the 2016 Green Belt Projects are performed with a broad participation meeting held at GÜBRETAŞ Yarimca Facilities. Following the presentations, 35 employees working in the Lean Six Sigma projects were given certificates by Dr. Mahmut Karaman, the Deputy General Manager of the Company.
As a result of the projects completed in 2016 with the devoted efforts of the project teams, significant productivity gains and savings have been achieved. In line with the objective of transforming continuous improvement efforts into corporate culture, Lean Six Sigma applications will be expanded in our company with new projects in 2017, too.
