GÜBRETAŞ the leading company of the sector continues to provide added value to agricultural production, not only through it’s innovative products, but also by it’s activities devoted to generalise agricultural awareness.
Since its establishment, within the 68 years of experience, GÜBRETAŞ adopted the main mission of presenting profit to agricultural production, aims to guide the producers by education meetings, soil analysis services and model production fields which are carried on for years in order to generalise the awareness of agriculture. The company proceeds to stand by farmers by supporting its one-to-one consulting services in the field via technological means such as “EGP the first mobile application of plant nutrition in the sector and consultancy lines”.
GÜBRETAŞ has shared its deep-rooted corporate experience with the producers in Growtech Eurasia Fair which was organized on 27-30 November 2019 in Antalya. The stand of the company, and it’s slogan “we stand by your side for the agricultural awareness”, which drew great attention with the campaigns and competitions that continued throughout the fair.
GÜBRETAŞ keeps supporting producers everywhere for agricultural awareness : 41.000 producers were reached in the last 11 months
In the last 11 months of this year, approximately 41.000 producers were reached within the scope of agricultural consulting services given for free of charge by GÜBRETAŞ,
Agricultural engineers of GÜBRETAŞ who carried field observations out and prescribed studies more than 2.800 different spots all around Turkey, served information support to more than 7.300 producers personally in their own lands. More than 30.000 producers and agricultural engineers participated at GÜBRETAŞ’ educational meetings organized in more than 1500 different spots so far. Besides, around 4600 producers found opportunity to investigate the outcomes of the project fields in GÜBRETAŞ’ farm day activities.
Examples of high fertility with model production area
The mission of conventionalization of conscious agriculture was enhanced while GÜBRETAŞ was setting model production fields in certain places of Turkey every year until 2017 in order to indicate the benefits conscious agriculture and effective fertilization will provide, particularly by focusing on these “role model applications”. Within this framework many test fields were established for many agricultural products which are commonly planted in Turkey such as cotton, sunflower, hazelnut, olive, corn and sugar beet. These model applications which are practiced in 18 different spots of Turkey in 2018 increasingly continued and have reached the number of 30 by 
2019.
GÜBRETAŞ put plenty of sample studies for separate botanical products into practice this year, shared the results of plant nutritition program based on soil analysis applied in model fields with conscious growers in the region through farm day activities.
In these fields where were prepared with the guidance of scientific data by GÜBRETAŞ, the fertility and quality obtained were far above than region’s and Turkey’s averages. Within the framework of model production field made in 2019, nuts harvest in Samsun and olive harvest in Balıkesir were 4 times, corn harvest in Kahramanmaraş city was twice more fertile than Turkey’s average numbers. Moreover fertility on model field projects such as sugarbeet project in Çumra of Konya city 60%, sunflower project in Altınekin of Konya city 40% and in potato harvest in Niğde were higher than Turkey fertility’s average.
GÜBRETAŞ aims to continue its studies increasingly in the future as well such as model production fields which demonstrates that maximum fertility is possible by using optimum fertilizer amount soil requires.

GÜBRETAŞ, adopted the mission of spreading beneficient agricultural practices as a social responsibility aproach keeps maintaining its leadership by offering agricultural consultancy services through separate communication canals. GÜBRETAŞ carried the way to reach fertility into mobiles by Efficient Fertilization Program (EGP) which was developed with the experiences of expert agricultural engineers includes more than 50 different plant nutrition programs was presented for the usage of farmers in recent years.
EGP (Efficient Fertilization Program) was developed by GÜBRETAŞ is the first plant nutritition program in the sector, continues to guide agricultural producers with its new features and contents. Not only newly added plant nutritition programs for hobby farming and video gallery but also special contents about conscious farming draw producers’ attention.
One of the forefront characteristics of GÜBRETAŞ EGP application which can be used by all mobile phones is instant texting and photo sharing that gives possibility to receive live consultancy support from agricultural engineers. Through “Ask to the Expert” section of mobile application and consultancy lines, number of producers conveyed messages and questions to agricultural engineers increased remarkably.
